Bulk Import

Invite a large batch of team members at once by uploading a CSV file — Tickmark’s bulk import wizard walks you through upload, column mapping, and import history.

Importing Team Members

Download the Template

On the wizard’s upload step, click Download template to get the user CSV template. Fill in a row for each person you want to invite.

Upload Your CSV

Select your completed CSV file or drag and drop it into the upload area (only the CSV format is supported), then click Next.

Check Column Values

The Check column values step shows how your CSV columns were read. If the file contains errors, the wizard flags them — fix the file and re-upload before continuing. When everything looks correct, click Import to send the invitations.

Review Import History

The History step lists each import run with its date and status — Done, Failed, or Start (in progress) — so you can confirm the batch went through.

Each person in the file receives an invitation email to join your workspace, just like an individual invite. Pending invitations can then be managed from the Team page — see Invitations.

Bulk invitations count against your plan’s seat limit. If your workspace runs out of seats mid-import, remaining invitations are blocked until you free up seats or upgrade — see Billing & Subscription.
