Client Portal & Online Payment

Give a client access

Invite the client’s people as client users, then open the client and, under Client portal, add the users who should see its billing. They see:

• every issued invoice, with its PDF;
• the statement of account for any period;
• the payments they have made.

A client user linked to more than one client chooses between them. Removing a user ends their access straight away.

Statements

The statement of account (client page or portal) lists invoices, payments, credit notes and write-offs between two dates, with the opening and closing balance. Download it as a PDF.

Online payment

With online payments set up, the public invoice link and the portal show a Pay button for the balance. The client pays through your own Razorpay account and the payment is recorded on the invoice automatically.
