Give salary advances and loans with automatic EMI recovery, and pay out approved expense claims through payroll.

Manage at Payroll → Loans.

Create

Click to add a New Loan / Advance — pick the Employee, a Type (Salary Advance, Personal Loan, Emergency Loan), then set the Amount, EMI Amount, Tenure (months), optional Interest Rate (%), and a Reason.

Approve

Pending loans require approval before recovery begins.

Recover

Each payroll run deducts the EMI automatically (shown as Loan Recovery on the payslip). You can also Record Recovery manually for out-of-band repayments.

Reimbursements

Manage at Payroll → Reimbursements.

  1. Click Submit Reimbursement Claim — choose the Employee, Category, Amount, Receipt Date, optional Receipt Number, and a Description.
  2. A reviewer opens the claim and, in the Review Reimbursement dialog, adds an optional comment and approves or rejects it.
  3. Approved claims are paid out in the next payroll run and appear under Reimbursements on the payslip.

Claim statuses: Pending, Submitted, Approved, Rejected, Paid, Cancelled, and Partial.

Outstanding loan balances are automatically recovered from the employee’s final settlement on exit.
