Clients

Clients are the billing entities that deals and payments roll up to — companies or individuals with their own contacts, currency, and deal history.

Client Directory

Open Deals → Clients to see every client with their auto-generated number, type (Company or Individual), and primary contact. Search matches name, client number, phone, and email. Click a row to open the client’s detail page.

Creating a Client

Open the Client Form

Click “New client” in the directory — or the + button next to the client picker while creating a deal.

Fill in Client Details

Save

Click “Create client”. The client is immediately available when creating deals.

Client Detail Page

Each client page shows:

  • Profile — logo or photo (click the camera button to upload), type badge, and client number
  • Contact card — primary contact, emails, phones, default currency, billing address, and notes
  • Deals — every deal for this client with status, payment badge, received, and outstanding amounts; click through to any deal

Use “Edit” to update details at any time.

Archiving a Client

Click the archive button on a client’s row in the directory to retire it.

Archiving is blocked while the client has active deals — close or cancel the deals first. Archived clients keep their history and show an Archived badge.
