Customize Widgets

Build your ideal dashboard by adding, removing, and rearranging widgets — and keep separate dashboards for different jobs.

Multiple Dashboards

You aren’t limited to one dashboard. The dashboard selector at the top lists Your Dashboards — switch between them, or:

Create — click “Create New Dashboard” to open the template picker
Duplicate — copy the current dashboard (named “{name} (Copy)”) from the ⋯ menu
Set as Default — from the ⋯ menu; your default opens first and carries a Default badge
Favorite — click the star icon to add or remove the dashboard from your favorites
Delete — from the ⋯ menu (your default dashboard can’t be deleted)

Starting from a Template

Creating a dashboard opens the “Choose Your Dashboard” picker. Start from a Custom Dashboard (an empty canvas) or a ready-made template — including Sales Dashboard, Project Management, Admin Overview, My Workspace, Finance Dashboard, Executive Summary, Team Lead, and Minimal. Select one and click Create Dashboard.

Adding Widgets

Enter Edit Mode

Click “Customize”. An Edit Mode banner appears and the widget sidebar opens automatically.

The “Add Widgets” panel groups widgets into categories — Overview, Sales & Revenue, Projects, Tasks & Productivity, Team & People, Calendar & Schedule, and Analytics. Use the search box to filter by name.

Drag onto the Grid

Drag a widget from the sidebar onto your dashboard. It snaps into the grid where you drop it.

Finish

Click “Done” to exit edit mode. Changes are saved automatically as you go — there’s no separate save step.

Rearranging and Resizing Widgets

In edit mode, drag any widget by its handle to reposition it, or resize it from its edges. The grid compacts automatically and adapts to your screen size.

Removing Widgets

In edit mode, hover over a widget and click the remove icon (×). You can always add it back later from the widget sidebar.

The widgets you see in the sidebar depend on your role. Admins control which roles can see and add each widget from Settings → Widget Permissions — see Widget Permissions.
