Track time on a project and convert it directly into a client invoice.
Track Time Throughout the Project
- Start timers on tasks as you work
- Add manual entries for meetings and calls
- Mark entries as billable for client work
Review Time Entries
- Open Time Analytics to review hours
- Filter by project and date range
- Verify all billable entries are correctly categorized
Create the Invoice
- Navigate to Create Invoice
- Select the client and project
- Click “Import Hours” to pull in billable time entries
- Review auto-generated line items
- Add tax, discounts, and notes
Send to Client
- Preview the invoice as PDF
- Click Send to email the invoice
Collect Payment
- When the client pays, record the payment
- The invoice status updates to Paid
- Payment appears in the project’s revenue tracking
