Set up new team members for success with this step-by-step onboarding checklist.
For the Admin
Send the Invitation
- Go to Settings → Invitations
- Enter the new member’s email address
- Assign the appropriate role and department
- Send the invitation
Add to Projects
- Add the new member to relevant projects
- Assign their first tasks
Add to Group Chats
- Add them to team and project group chats
Share Resources
- Share onboarding documents via File Management
For the New Member
Accept the Invitation
- Open the invitation email and click the link
- Create your account and set your password
Set Up Your Profile
- Upload your profile photo
- Configure notification preferences
- Set your timezone
