Capture the Lead

A lead enters Tickmark through one of these channels:

Qualify and Assign

  • Assign the lead to a sales rep
  • Set the lead category (Hot / Warm / Cold)
  • Add tags and custom fields
  • Move through the sales funnel stages

Follow Up

  • Log call records with notes and outcomes
  • Schedule follow-ups with reminders
  • Send proposals as attachments
  • Track all interactions in the lead timeline

Convert to Customer

When the lead is ready:

  • Mark the lead as Won in the sales funnel
  • The lead is automatically converted to a Contact

Kick Off the Project

  • Create a project linked to the new customer
  • Set up tasks, milestones, and assign team members
  • Begin tracking time and costs
