Capture the Lead
A lead enters Tickmark through one of these channels:
- Manual creation by a sales rep
- Meta Lead Ads integration (Facebook/Instagram ad forms)
- CSV import
- Enquiry from the website
Qualify and Assign
- Assign the lead to a sales rep
- Set the lead category (Hot / Warm / Cold)
- Add tags and custom fields
- Move through the sales funnel stages
Follow Up
- Log call records with notes and outcomes
- Schedule follow-ups with reminders
- Send proposals as attachments
- Track all interactions in the lead timeline
Convert to Customer
When the lead is ready:
- Mark the lead as Won in the sales funnel
- The lead is automatically converted to a Contact
Kick Off the Project
- Create a project linked to the new customer
- Set up tasks, milestones, and assign team members
- Begin tracking time and costs
