Manual Time Entry

Log time after the fact when you forget to start a timer or need to record time for past work.

Adding a Manual Entry

Open Time Entry

Navigate to Time Tracking and click “Add Entry”.

Fill in Details

FieldDescription
DateThe date the work was performed
Start TimeWhen you started (optional — you can enter duration only)
End TimeWhen you finished
DurationTotal time spent (auto-calculated if start/end provided)
ProjectLink to a project
TaskLink to a specific task
CategoryTime category (Development, Meeting, Admin, etc.)
DescriptionBrief note about the work done
BillableMark as billable or non-billable

Save

Click Save to log the entry.

Editing Time Entries

  • Click any time entry to edit its details
  • Change the duration, project, task, or category
  • Mark entries as billable or non-billable after the fact

Deleting Time Entries

Click the delete icon on any entry to remove it. Deleted entries no longer contribute to task actual time or project totals.
