Manual Time Entry
Log time after the fact when you forget to start a timer or need to record time for past work.
Adding a Manual Entry
Open Time Entry
Navigate to Time Tracking and click “Add Entry”.
Fill in Details
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | The date the work was performed |
| Start Time | When you started (optional — you can enter duration only) |
| End Time | When you finished |
| Duration | Total time spent (auto-calculated if start/end provided) |
| Project | Link to a project |
| Task | Link to a specific task |
| Category | Time category (Development, Meeting, Admin, etc.) |
| Description | Brief note about the work done |
| Billable | Mark as billable or non-billable |
Save
Click Save to log the entry.
Editing Time Entries
- Click any time entry to edit its details
- Change the duration, project, task, or category
- Mark entries as billable or non-billable after the fact
Deleting Time Entries
Click the delete icon on any entry to remove it. Deleted entries no longer contribute to task actual time or project totals.
