Task Templates
Save frequently created task structures as templates for one-click reuse.
Creating a Template
From Scratch
- Navigate to Tasks → Templates
- Click “Create Template”
- Define the task structure — name pattern, description, subtasks, checklist, priority, category
- Save the template
From an Existing Task
- Open any task
- Click “Save as Template”
- The task’s structure (fields, subtasks) is saved as a template
Using a Template
- Click “Create Task”
- Choose “From Template”
- Select a template from the library
- Customize details (assignees, dates, project)
- Save — the task is created with all the template’s content
Template Library
Navigate to Tasks → Templates to:
- Browse all templates
- Clone templates to create variations
- Archive templates no longer needed
- Update existing templates
