Milestones

Track key checkpoints in your project by linking tasks to milestones.

What Are Milestones?

Milestones represent important checkpoints or deliverables in a project — such as “Design Complete”, “Beta Launch”, or “Client Approval”.

Creating a Milestone

1. Navigate to the milestones section within your project
2. Click “Create Milestone”
3. Enter the milestone name and target date
4. Save

Linking Tasks to Milestones

1. Open a task
2. Select the Milestone field
3. Choose the milestone this task contributes to
4. Save

Tracking Progress

Each milestone shows:

• Total tasks linked to it
• Completed tasks count
• Progress percentage — visual progress bar
• Target date — whether you’re on track

Managing Milestones

• Update — Change the name, date, or description
• Delete — Remove a milestone (linked tasks are unlinked, not deleted)
