Control which events send you notifications and through which channels.
Notification Preferences
Configure notifications per event type:

Toggle each channel on or off for each event type.
Quiet Hours
Set times when you don’t want to receive push or email notifications:
- Start time — e.g., 8:00 PM
- End time — e.g., 8:00 AM
- Days — Apply to specific days (e.g., weekends)
Email Digest
Instead of individual email notifications, receive a daily or weekly digest summarizing all activity.
