Manage your Tickmark subscription plan, payment method, and billing history.

Current Plan

View your current subscription:

• Plan name — Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise
• Billing cycle — Monthly or Annual
• Member seats — Used and available
• Storage — Used and available
• Next billing date

Changing Your Plan

1. Navigate to Settings → Billing
2. Click “Change Plan”
3. Select your new plan
4. Confirm the change

Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.

Payment Method

• Add or update your payment method (credit/debit card)
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe

Billing History

View past invoices:

• Invoice date and amount
• Payment status
• Download PDF receipts
