Workflow Templates
Standardize your Kanban board layouts across projects with workflow templates.
What Are Workflow Templates?
A workflow template defines a board’s column structure — the stages work moves through. Unlike project templates (which include tasks), workflow templates only define the board layout.
Examples
| Workflow | Columns |
|---|---|
| Agile Sprint | Backlog → Sprint → In Progress → Review → Done |
| Content Pipeline | Ideas → Writing → Editing → Approval → Published |
| Bug Tracking | Reported → Triaging → Fixing → Testing → Resolved |
| Design Process | Brief → Research → Wireframes → Design → Feedback → Final |
