Create a Project

The project creation wizard guides you through setting up a new project step by step.

Start the Wizard

Navigate to Projects and click “New Project” (or use the Quick Action on your dashboard).

Enter Project Details

  • Name — Give your project a descriptive name
  • Description — Optional summary of the project scope
  • Color — Choose a color for visual identification
  • Start Date and Due Date — Define the project timeline
  • Priority — Low / Medium / High / Urgent
  • Visibility — Public (visible to all workspace members) or Private (invited members only)

Set Budget (Optional)

Enter the project budget to enable cost tracking.

Add Team Members

Select team members to add to the project and assign their project roles.

Choose a Template (Optional)

Optionally start from a project template to pre-populate tasks and board layout.

Create

Click Create and your project is ready. You’ll be taken to the project’s Kanban board.

Project List

The project list view shows all your projects with:

  • Project name, color, and status
  • Progress indicator
  • Team member avatars
  • Due date
  • Search and sort options

Archive & Unarchive

When a project is complete or paused:

  1. Open the project
  2. Click Settings → Archive Project
  3. Archived projects move to a separate list and can be restored later
