Message Search

Find past messages and conversations quickly with search.

Searching Messages

1. Open Messaging
2. Click the search icon or press ⌘F / Ctrl+F
3. Type your search query
4. Results show matching messages across all conversations

Search Results

Each result shows:

• The message text with the search term highlighted
• Who sent it
• Which conversation (DM or group)
• The timestamp

Click a result to jump directly to that message in the conversation.

Filtering Results

Narrow your search by:

• Conversation — Search within a specific DM or group
• Person — Messages from a specific team member
• Date range — Messages within a time period
• Has attachment — Messages with file attachments
