Welcome to Tickmark. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, services, and applications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tickmark, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Tickmark provides project management, CRM, invoicing, and team collaboration tools for businesses and individuals.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access
Interfere with other users’ access
Upload malicious content

5. Third-Party Integrations

5.1 WhatsApp Business API

By connecting your WhatsApp Business account to Tickmark, you acknowledge and agree that:

Tickmark accesses the WhatsApp Business API through Meta’s official platform
You must have an authorized WhatsApp Business Account to use this integration
Inbound WhatsApp messages to your connected phone number will be processed by Tickmark to create leads in your sales funnel
Tickmark does not send messages on your behalf and does not access or manage message templates
You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp’s Business Policy and Commerce Policy
You may disconnect the integration at any time from your funnel settings, which immediately stops data processing
Upon disconnection, API access is revoked and you may request deletion of all WhatsApp-sourced data
Your use of WhatsApp Business is also governed by Meta’s Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Terms

5.2 Meta (Facebook) Lead Ads

By connecting Meta Lead Ads to Tickmark, you acknowledge that:

Tickmark receives lead data from your Facebook/Instagram ad forms via Meta’s Graph API
You must have admin access to a Meta Business Account and associated Pages
Lead data is processed to create entries in your sales funnel
You may disconnect the integration at any time, which stops future data imports

5.3 Other Integrations

When connecting third-party services (Google Calendar, Stripe, etc.), your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. Tickmark acts as a data processor for information received through these integrations.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

Paid features require an active subscription.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided by Tickmark is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Data Processing and Privacy

Your use of Tickmark is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including data received through third-party integrations such as WhatsApp Business and Meta Lead Ads.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tickmark is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
