Create an Invoice
Build professional invoices with line items, taxes, discounts, and notes.
Select Client
Choose the client or contact the invoice is for. Their details (name, address, email) auto-populate from your contacts.
Set Invoice Details

| Invoice Number | Auto-generated (customizable prefix/format) |
| Invoice Date | Date of the invoice |
| Due Date | Payment due date |
| Currency | Invoice currency |
| Project | Link to a project (optional) |
Add Line Items
For each line item, specify:
- Description — What the line item is for
- Quantity — Number of units
- Unit Price — Price per unit
- Amount — Auto-calculated (Quantity × Unit Price)
Import from Time Tracking: Click “Import Hours” to auto-create line items from your tracked time entries, grouped by task or category.
Apply Tax & Discounts
- Tax — Add one or more tax rates (e.g., GST 18%)
- Discount — Apply a percentage or fixed discount
- Subtotal, Tax, Discount, and Total are calculated automatically
Add Notes
Add optional notes, terms, or payment instructions that appear on the invoice.
Save
Click Save as Draft to save without sending, or Save & Send to email it to the client immediately.
