Password Management
Manage your Tickmark password — reset it if forgotten or change it from your account settings.
Forgot Password
Go to the Login Page
Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page.
Enter Your Email
Provide the email address associated with your Tickmark account.
Check Your Inbox
You’ll receive an email with a secure reset link. Click the link to proceed.
Set a New Password
Enter your new password and confirm it. Your password is updated immediately.
Change Password (Logged In)
If you’re already logged in and want to change your password:
- Go to Settings → Security
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password and your new password
- Click Save
