Create a Workspace
A workspace is your organization’s home in Tickmark. All your projects, leads, tasks, and team members live here.
Enter Company Details
Provide your company name — this will be your workspace name visible to all team members.
Select Company Size
Choose your approximate team size. This helps Tickmark tailor the experience for your organization.
Choose Your Industry
Select your industry type (e.g., IT Services, Digital Marketing, Consulting, Manufacturing, etc.). This helps with suggested templates and configurations.
You’re In!
Your workspace is ready. You’ll be taken to the dashboard where you can start setting up your team and projects.
Multiple Workspaces
You can belong to multiple workspaces. For example, you might have:
- A workspace for your company
- A workspace for a client project
- A workspace for a side business
Switch between workspaces using the workspace selector in the sidebar. See Workspace Switching.
Each workspace has its own data, team members, and billing. Data is completely isolated between workspaces.
