Accept an Invitation

When someone invites you to join their Tickmark workspace, here’s how to accept and get started.

If You’re New to Tickmark

Click the “Join Workspace” link in the invitation email.

Since you’re new, you’ll be prompted to create an account — enter your name and set a password.

After creating your account, you’ll be taken directly into the workspace with the role assigned by your admin.

Click the “Join Workspace” link.

You’ll be asked to log in with your existing credentials.

The new workspace is automatically added to your workspace list. You can switch between workspaces anytime.
