Lead Management
Leads are the core of Tickmark’s CRM. Track every potential customer from first contact to conversion.
Creating a Lead
Open the Lead Form
Navigate to Sales → Leads and click the “Add Lead” button.
Fill in Lead Details
Enter the lead’s information:
- Name — Person or company name
- Email and Phone — Primary contact details
- Company — Organization name
- Source — Where the lead came from (Website, Referral, Cold Call, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Deal Value — Expected deal amount
- Assignee — The team member responsible for this lead
Save
Click Save to create the lead. It will appear in your lead list and pipeline.
Lead List View
The lead list provides a powerful table view with:
- Search — Find leads by name, email, or company
- Filters — Filter by:
- Assignee
- Status
- Date range
- Funnel stage
- Source
- Country
- Sorting — Sort by name, date created, deal value, or status
- Bulk actions — Select multiple leads for batch operations
Lead Assignment
Assign leads to team members to distribute the workload:
- Open a lead
- Click the Assignee field
- Select a team member from the dropdown
- The assignee will be notified of the assignment
Not Connected Leads — Tickmark automatically flags leads that haven’t been contacted in 3+ days, so no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Lead Status Tracking
Every lead status change is tracked with timestamps, giving you a complete history of the lead’s journey through your pipeline.
Lead Settings
Configure default lead settings from Sales → Leads → Settings:
- Default funnel assignment
- Required fields
- Custom field configuration
- Lead sources
