The lead detail page is your complete command center for managing a lead. Every piece of information, communication, and activity is accessible from one place.
Overview & Fields
The top section shows:
- Lead name, company, email, phone
- Current status and funnel stage
- Deal value and probability
- Assigned team member
- Source and creation date
- Custom fields (if configured)
Pipeline Progress Indicator
A visual progress bar showing where the lead sits in your sales funnel — from New Lead through to Closed Won/Lost.
Points of Contact
Manage multiple contacts associated with a lead:
- Add contacts linked to this lead
- Assign roles — Decision Maker, Influencer, End User, Technical Contact
- View each contact’s details directly from the lead page

Activity Timeline
A chronological feed of all activity on this lead:
- Status changes
- Assignment changes
- Comments added
- Calls logged
- Follow-ups created/completed
- Proposals sent
Comments & Notes
Add timestamped comments and notes to your lead:
- Add a comment with formatted text
- Edit or delete existing comments
- All comments are visible to team members with access
Call Logs
Log every call you make to a lead:
- Duration — How long the call lasted
- Agenda — What you planned to discuss
- Summary — Key points from the conversation
- Action Items — Next steps agreed upon
- Outcome — Connected / No Answer / Voicemail
Follow-ups
Never miss a follow-up:
- Create follow-ups with a date, time, and description
- Complete follow-ups when done
- Overdue tracking — Overdue follow-ups are highlighted
- Reminders — Get notified when follow-ups are due
- Multiple views — See your follow-ups, today’s follow-ups, overdue, or all
Proposals
Manage proposals for your leads:
- Upload proposal documents (PDF, DOCX, etc.)
- Track status — Draft → Sent → Accepted / Rejected
- Notify client — Send the proposal to the lead via email
- Version management — Upload updated versions
Files & Attachments
Attach relevant files to a lead — contracts, documents, images. These are stored in the File Management system and linked to the lead without duplication.
Custom Fields
If your admin has configured custom fields for leads, they appear on the detail page. Edit values directly inline.
