Import & Export
Bulk import leads and contacts from CSV files, or export your data for reporting and backup.
Import Leads from CSV
Prepare Your CSV
Ensure your CSV file has headers for the fields you want to import (e.g., Name, Email, Phone, Company, Source).
Upload the File
Navigate to Leads → Import and upload your CSV file.
Map Fields
Tickmark will show your CSV columns alongside Tickmark’s lead fields. Map each column to the corresponding field:
- Name → Lead Name
- Email → Email
- Phone → Phone Number
- etc.
Review & Import
Preview the mapped data, then click Import. Tickmark will create leads for each row in your CSV.
Duplicate detection is available during import. Tickmark checks by email to avoid creating duplicate leads.
Export Leads to CSV
- Navigate to Leads list
- Apply any filters you want (to export a subset, or leave blank for all)
- Click “Export”
- A CSV file will download with all lead data
Import Contacts
The same CSV import flow is available for contacts:
- Navigate to Contacts → Import
- Upload CSV → Map fields → Import
