Enquiries
Enquiries are incoming requests from potential customers — via your website, referrals, or manual entry. Manage them and convert the promising ones into leads.
Creating an Enquiry
Navigate to Enquiries
Click Sales → Enquiries in the sidebar.
Click “Add Enquiry”
Fill in the enquiry details:
- Name — Enquirer’s name
- Email and Phone — Contact information
- Source — How they reached you (Website, Referral, Walk-in, etc.)
- Subject — Brief topic
- Message — The full enquiry message
- Priority — Low / Medium / High / Urgent
- Assignee — Team member to handle this enquiry
Save
Click Save to create the enquiry.
Enquiry List
View all enquiries in a filterable list:
- Filter by status, assignee, priority, or date
- Search by name or subject
Enquiry Detail
Open an enquiry to view full details. From here you can:
- Add comments — Internal notes about the enquiry
- Create follow-ups — Schedule a callback or follow-up
- Update status — Mark as In Progress, Resolved, etc.
Convert Enquiry to Lead
When an enquiry qualifies as a potential deal, convert it to a lead with one click. All information is transferred automatically.
- Open the enquiry detail page
- Click “Convert to Lead”
- Review the pre-filled lead form
- Save — the enquiry is now a lead in your pipeline
Website Integration
Tickmark provides a public API endpoint for enquiries. Connect your website’s contact form to automatically create enquiries in Tickmark whenever someone submits a form.
