Enquiries

Enquiries are incoming requests from potential customers — via your website, referrals, or manual entry. Manage them and convert the promising ones into leads.

Creating an Enquiry

Click Sales → Enquiries in the sidebar.

Click “Add Enquiry”

Fill in the enquiry details:

  • Name — Enquirer’s name
  • Email and Phone — Contact information
  • Source — How they reached you (Website, Referral, Walk-in, etc.)
  • Subject — Brief topic
  • Message — The full enquiry message
  • Priority — Low / Medium / High / Urgent
  • Assignee — Team member to handle this enquiry

Save

Click Save to create the enquiry.

Enquiry List

View all enquiries in a filterable list:

  • Filter by status, assignee, priority, or date
  • Search by name or subject

Enquiry Detail

Open an enquiry to view full details. From here you can:

  • Add comments — Internal notes about the enquiry
  • Create follow-ups — Schedule a callback or follow-up
  • Update status — Mark as In Progress, Resolved, etc.

Convert Enquiry to Lead

When an enquiry qualifies as a potential deal, convert it to a lead with one click. All information is transferred automatically.

  1. Open the enquiry detail page
  2. Click “Convert to Lead”
  3. Review the pre-filled lead form
  4. Save — the enquiry is now a lead in your pipeline

Website Integration

Tickmark provides a public API endpoint for enquiries. Connect your website’s contact form to automatically create enquiries in Tickmark whenever someone submits a form.
