Contacts
Manage your business contacts in one place and link them to leads for a complete picture of your relationships.
Creating a Contact
Navigate to Contacts
Click Contacts in the sidebar.
Click “Add Contact”
Fill in:
- Name — Full name
- Email and Phone
- Company — Organization name
- Job Title
- Address
- Source — Where you met this contact
- Tags — Categorize with labels
- Notes — Any additional details
Save
Click Save to add the contact.
Contact List
- Search by name, email, or company
- Filter by source, tags, or country
- Sort by name or date created
- View contact statistics — total contacts, by country
Link Contact to Lead
Associate contacts with leads to track who’s involved in a deal:
- Open a lead → go to Points of Contact
- Click “Add Contact”
- Select an existing contact or create a new one
- Assign a role:
- Decision Maker — The person who signs off
- Influencer — Someone who influences the decision
- End User — The person who will use the product
- Technical Contact — For technical evaluations
Import Contacts
Bulk import contacts from a CSV file:
- Click “Import” on the contacts page
- Upload your CSV file
- Map CSV columns to Tickmark contact fields
- Review and confirm the import
