Your Sales Workflow
A typical sales flow in Tickmark:
- Enquiry comes in → An enquiry is created (manually or via website integration)
- Convert to Lead → With one click, convert the enquiry into a lead
- Qualify → Add details, assign to a sales rep, move through your funnel
- Engage → Log calls, create follow-ups, send proposals
- Close → Drag the lead to “Closed Won” in your pipeline
- Deliver → Create a project from the won deal and start delivery
