Your Sales Workflow

A typical sales flow in Tickmark:

  1. Enquiry comes in → An enquiry is created (manually or via website integration)
  2. Convert to Lead → With one click, convert the enquiry into a lead
  3. Qualify → Add details, assign to a sales rep, move through your funnel
  4. Engage → Log calls, create follow-ups, send proposals
  5. Close → Drag the lead to “Closed Won” in your pipeline
  6. Deliver → Create a project from the won deal and start delivery
