Notifications
Tickmark notifies you about important activities so you never miss an update.
Notification Bell
Click the bell icon in the header to see your notifications:
- Unread count — Badge shows the number of unread notifications
- Mark as read — Click to mark individual or all as read
- Click through — Navigate to the related item
What Triggers Notifications
- You are @mentioned in a comment or chat
- A task assigned to you is updated
- A task you’re following changes status
- A lead is assigned to you
- A new team invitation arrives
- An invoice payment is received
Notification Channels

Customizing Notifications
Configure which events trigger notifications and which channels to use in Notification Settings.
You can follow or unfollow specific tasks, projects, or leads to control which updates you receive.
