What Appears in the Feed

The activity feed shows events such as:

• Tasks created, updated, or completed
• Project milestones reached
• Lead status changes
• New team members joining
• Comments and mentions
• Files uploaded
• Invoices sent or paid

Interacting with Activities

• React — React to activities with emoji
• Comment — Add a comment on an activity
• Follow / Unfollow — Follow specific items to get updates, or unfollow to reduce noise
• Click through — Click an activity to navigate to the related item

Filtering

Filter the feed by:

• Type — Tasks, projects, leads, files, etc.
• Person — Activities by a specific team member
• Date — Recent or specific time range
