Tick Mark is committed to providing a smooth and transparent experience for our users. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and conditions for cancelling subscriptions and requesting refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelling Paid Subscriptions: Users may cancel their paid subscriptions at any time. Upon cancellation, users will retain access to Tick Mark's pro features until the end of their current billing cycle.
  • Notice Period: No prior notice is required for cancellation.
  • Penalties or Fees: Tick Mark does not charge any penalties or fees for cancelling subscriptions.
  • How to Cancel: Users can cancel their subscriptions through either of the following methods:
  • Account Settings: Go to Account Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription.
  • Email Support: Send a cancellation request to support@tickmark.io. Please note that processing via email may take 7-14 days.

2. Refund Policy

Tick Mark offers services on a no-refund basis for all paid features and subscriptions. However, in certain exceptional circumstances, we may provide a refund or partial refund. These circumstances include:

  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent users from accessing the service.

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact support@tickmark.io.

3. Pro-rated Services

If a user cancels their paid subscription, they will continue to have access to the pro features until the end of their billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds or partial billing will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.

4. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

In cases where Tick Mark does not meet our 99% Uptime SLA annually, users may be eligible for a refund or partial refund based on the duration and severity of the service disruption.

5. Dispute and Chargeback Resolution

If there are any disputes related to payments or chargebacks, users can escalate these issues by contacting support@tickmark.io. Our team will work to resolve the dispute in a timely manner.
