If a user cancels their paid subscription, they will continue to have access to the pro features until the end of their billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds or partial billing will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.
In cases where Tick Mark does not meet our 99% Uptime SLA annually, users may be eligible for a refund or partial refund based on the duration and severity of the service disruption.
